Non-Returnable Item

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all returned items that are shipped from the region of China, Hong Kong, Japan and Africa back to the United States are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.  The customer must submit a refund request in order for our return center to review your item(s).

Moreover, we cannot accept returns on the following (auctions, clearance items, hot deals, custom made items, refurbished products, lingerie, free giveaways and orders purchased by gift cards). Therefore, these items are (All Sales Final), non-refundable and non-returnable items. In addition certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants); custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please contact us, if you have any questions or concerns about the specific item(s) you have purchased.

Acceptable Return Item

  • Products that are missing items
  • Wrong size or product received
  • Shipped to the wrong address that is not shown on customer profile

Disapproved Return Item

  • Customer selected wrong size 
  • Don't like the item(s)
  • Don't like the way the item(s) smell
  • Defective or damage item(s) that are caused by the carrier
  • Clearance item(s) 
  • Items shipped from regions as stated above - please submit a refund request in order for our return center to review your item(s).


Customers are allowed up to 7 days after the delivery date of package(s) to request for a exchange. Due to COVID-19 some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have on time and provide us with the necessary information required to process your exchange request.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs which also includes the return label fee. Once we have received and inspected your return item(s), you will be notified via email whether your return/exchange request was approved or not.

All return/exchange requests must be submitted at ( and or click on the (Return/Exchange Request) link shown at the bottom of our website.  If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to mail your package.  Please be advised all return items that are (not) defective or damaged are no fault of ours therefore the customer will be charged a $15.00 return fee and as well shipping costs.  In addition, we must inform you that there is a non-refundable transaction fee in the amount of $5.00 that is automatically charged by the banking entities.  Items sent back to us without first submitting a return/exchange request will not be accepted.  If you have any questions regarding any return question(s), please contact us at:

Damages Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary changes needed. 
Customers can submit a request to cancel their order within 1 hour of purchase at:  We cannot cancel any order(s) that have been processed.  There is a non-refundable transaction fee in the amount of $5.00 that is charged by banking entities. This amount will automatically be deducted from the purchase amount.  We reserve the right to refuse any purchase with the intent to commit fraud and or suspicion leading to the use of fraudulent activities.
